Military Police Association Website, also known as the MPA

By your use of the Military Police Association Website at http://www.militarypoliceassn.com you agree to the following terms.

1. ZERO LIABILITY: You agree to hold harmless the Military Police Association, its website, owner, administrator, webmaster, web host and advertisers from any information found to be posted on the website. All information is posted by users of the site, the MPA staff cannot monitor 100% of the content and by using the website or submitting information to be posted on the website you signify your acknowlegement and approval of this limitation. We will however remove objectionable content when asked AND when the request is deemed by the MPA to be a valid and prudent request.

2. CONTACT FROM OTHERS: If you submit information to the site you agree to allow others to contact you via the MPA contact forms. You also understand that if you REPLY to any contact attempt by another user of the site you are in effect giving them your email address and possibly your ip address - as would normally occur using standard email. You agree by submitting information to the MPA website that the Military Police Association, its website, owner, administrator, webmaster, web host and advertisers shall be held harmless from any liability resulting from contact to you from others using the MPA website.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: The MPA has no ability to verify information posted on the website. All information posted by users of the site should not be considered as reliable and accurate information. You agree and undertand that the information found on the MPA website is not provided with any guarantee of accuracy and that you agree to hold harmless the Military Police Association, its website, owner, administrator, webmaster, web host and advertisers from any liability resulting from inaccuracies in data found on the MPA website.

4. PUBLIC WEBSITE: You agree and understand that the MPA website allows public access to any information posted. By submitting information you agree to allow the MPA to publish that information within the MPA website.

5. COPYRIGHTS: All information on the MPA website is copyrighted, it may not be reprinted elsewhere without explicit written permission from the website owner.

6. USE: You agree not to use the MPA website to libel, slander, or defame in any way any person, business or entity.

7. VIOLATION OF TOS: Violation of these Terms Of Service may result in denial of access to the MPA website and all info posted by you removed. If your post results in any litigation you agree to compensate the MPA for any legal expenses the MPA incurs related to your post.

8. RIGHT TO DELETE AND/OR EDIT: The MPA has the right to delete or edit information in its database as it deems necessary.

9. COURT ORDERS: The MPA works with law enforcement and the judicial system when required and all information in the database is subject to review by law enforcement when court ordered.

10. LITIGATION: The MPA resides in the state of Florida, any litigation against the MPA must occur within the state of Florida, within the County of Duval.


The MPA receives no compensation other than a few dollars from the small MPA store (CafePress), any proceeds generated are used for running the website. It is a labor of love for the 100% disabled combat veteran that owns and runs it. His abilities are limited these days, please give due consideration and respect. Thank you.
